Orders

1. Where is my order?

Once your order has been placed and shipped, you will receive an Order Confirmation email and a Shipping Confirmation email: both emails at the very top have a status widget, you can click the widget and you will be re-directed to your order status page. Please allow approximately 1-24 hours for the processing and shipping of all orders. Orders placed Noon EST on Friday will be processed on the following Monday. 

2. I can't find my product!

Try searching for the product on his category. If you can’t find the product, it may have been discontinued.

 

Payments

1. Why has my payment not been accepted?

If your payment was not accepted, this may be due to various reasons, including:
     - Your credit card might not be among the accepted cards, which are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.
     - The type, number and CVV security code on the credit card or the valid-to date were not entered correctly.
     - Your card has expired.
     - Your Bank declined your transaction for various reasons unknown to us.

 

Return Policy

1. How can I return a product?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can easily return it within 14 days from the date you received it.

The products you will return must be closed and in perfect original condition. To make the return you must follow these steps:

     a) Complete the return form that came with the order.

     b) Use the return label that was shipped with the order and put it in the box.

     c) Deliver to any of the collection points.

2. How will I receive my money back?

The returned product amount will be refunded by the original payment method within 14 days.
